The meaning of this design is to end hunger. Both hands together, holding an apple, represent some one offering to end this. The peace sign on the apple represents that everyone should help each other, especially finding ways to end it. All of the peace signs are brown and yellow because that is meant to represent November, which is the month that hunger week takes place in. Then the orange ribbons on the side of the bowl represent the awareness of this cause. Finally I chose to make the majority of the bowl to be blue and green to represent the earth, since this is a problem that is occurring around the world.
